Applying for the Air Force Aid Society loan just got easier with a new online application process.
Ramstein Air Base has been selected as one of nine test bases for the new online process,
give members of the Kaiserslautern military community easier access to emergency services
financial aid.
The new application portal is active here and provides Airmen and Guardians of all
offers the possibility of submitting their applications for interest-free loans online rather than
in person at the Military and Family Readiness Center. However, the M&FRC is still
open for in-person help.
“We are proud to be able to help you whatever the difficulties you encounter
said Angie Fields, M&FRC Community Readiness Consultant. “In the light of
decrease in COLA and other financial challenges, our doors are always open to those who
need help applying for loans or grants, and we even offer financial advice to
help you budget for your future.
Airmen will be able to download budget documents and complete forms entirely online,
and, if approved, the loan will be directly deposited.
