If you can’t remember which loan category you applied for, the two main loan categories available are SME or Individual/Domestic.
Next, you need to verify your account by submitting your BVN. If you are lucky that the loan has been approved, a window will open showing you the amount approved for you.
The next step for you is to claim your debt. Provide your bank details and information in the correct format. There is room for it on the portal.
The last step is to know the terms and conditions required for the loan, then read and understand all aspects of it.
You will also learn about the manager in charge of your payments and their contact details, as well as the loan repayment process.

After opening the portal, enter your Bank Verification Number (BVN) in the space provided.
Then click on “Validate BVN”. If you see a pop-up message saying “BVN does not exist”, you are not shortlisted, but wait for the third listing.
You immediately received a congratulations message, then enter your correct account details and wait for the alert within 24 hours.
